Our story
Civic Quarters started with a simple frustration: homeowner associations run on volunteer time, yet the tools available to them were built for large management firms. Board members were digging through PDFs for rules, reconciling dues in spreadsheets, and handing a shoebox of records to whoever came next.
We set out to build one place where an association's documents, money and decisions live together — with answers that quote the governing documents instead of guessing.
What we believe
- Answers should cite their source, every time.
- Pricing should be published, flat and easy to understand.
- An association's data belongs to the association and should always be exportable.
