What to export from AppFolio
Exact menu names can vary by release. If a path looks different, look for the equivalent Reports, Documents, or Export section.
Owner directory
- 1Sign in to AppFolio Property Manager as an admin.
- 2Go to Reports → Owner Directory (or Homeowners / Owners).
- 3Export the report as CSV with all columns visible.
- 4Save the file as appfolio-owners.csv.
Financial reports
- 1Open Reports → Financial Reports or A/R Aging.
- 2Select the association and current period.
- 3Export as CSV or XLSX, including unit, owner, balance, and charges.
- 4Save as appfolio-balances.xlsx.
Governing documents
- 1Visit the Documents tab for the association.
- 2Download CC&Rs, bylaws, rules, and ARC guidelines as PDFs.
