Migration and onboarding

  1. Step 1

    Request setup

    Tell us your association's name, lot count and board contacts. We confirm your tier and create a private workspace for your community.

  2. Step 2

    Bring your data

    Upload the exports from your current platform (TownSq, AppFolio, Buildium, Condo Control, PayHOA or spreadsheets). The migration wizard maps columns for you, and a person reviews anything it is unsure about.

  3. Step 3

    Index your documents

    Upload your CC&Rs, bylaws, rules and minutes. Civic Brain indexes them so the board and residents can ask questions and get answers that quote the exact section.

  4. Step 4

    Invite the board, then residents

    Board members get access first so you can check balances and settings. When you're ready, residents receive invitations and can pay dues, submit requests and read documents.
